Before a document goes to an AI, names, companies, phone numbers and emails are swapped for codes on my own computer. When the edited file comes back, the codes are swapped back.文件交给 AI 之前，先在本机把人名、公司、电话、邮箱换成代号；AI 改完拿回来，再把代号换回原词。

This site was built in it. I point at any part of a live page and say what should change; it hands Claude the element with its real styles, and the page reloads the moment the edit lands. It also checks pages for contrast, font size and tap targets.这个网站就是在它里面做的。在实时页面上点住任何一块、说要怎么改，它把元素连同真实样式交给 Claude，改完页面立刻热更新。它还会体检对比度、字号和点击区域。

  1. Find the repetitive part找出重复的那一段

    I walk through how the work is done today, step by step, and pick the part that eats the most hours.

    把现在的做法一步步走一遍，挑出最耗时间的那一段。

  2. Build it with AI用 AI 做出来

    I build with Claude Code. I define the problem, break it down and review the result; AI writes most of the code. That's how a tool takes days, not weeks.

    我用 Claude Code 搭工具：我定需求、拆问题、验收结果，代码大部分由 AI 写。所以一个工具几天就能做出来，而不是几周。

  3. Test on real work拿真实工作验收

    Every tool is tested on a real campaign or real data before anyone else touches it.

    每个工具都先在真实的 campaign 或真实数据上跑通，再交给别人用。

  4. Roll it out推广给同事

    Installers, license codes, updates, an English interface and a short walkthrough, so colleagues actually use it.
